3. Cancellation Rights
3.1 Pre-Project Cancellation
If you cancel a project before work has commenced, you will receive a full refund of any payments made, minus any administrative fees not exceeding 5% of the total project value.
3.2 During Development
Cancellation during active development will be subject to the following conditions:
- Work completed up to 25%: 75% refund
- Work completed 26-50%: 50% refund
- Work completed 51-75%: 25% refund
- Work completed over 75%: No refund (project completion required)
3.3 Maintenance Services
Maintenance services can be cancelled with 30 days written notice. Refunds will be prorated for the remaining period.
4. Refund Processing
4.1 Refund Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within:
- 7-10 business days for credit card payments
- 14-21 business days for bank transfers
- 30 days for international payments
4.2 Refund Method
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Third-party software licenses or subscriptions
- Domain registration and hosting fees (non-refundable by providers)
- Consulting fees for completed work
- Training or workshop fees (unless cancelled 48 hours in advance)
6. Dispute Resolution
6.1 Initial Review
All refund requests are reviewed by our project management team within 5 business days.
6.2 Escalation Process
If you disagree with our initial decision, you may request a review by our senior management within 10 business days of the initial response.
6.3 Final Resolution
All decisions made by senior management are final and binding.
7. Force Majeure
In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, etc.), standard cancellation terms may be adjusted at our discretion to ensure fair treatment of all parties.
